Here at North Carolina Trailer Sales we care deeply about your safety and well being. Amongst other precautions we've made, we're doing all we can in order to combat the issues brought upon our community as a result of the coronavirus/covid19 outbreak. One of the most impactful ways we're helping our customers and community is by providing a contactless trailer delivery service. We know how important social distancing is and how important it is for people to not leave their houses. It's a really simple process, and we'll outline it for you below.
Step 1 - Call your order in, or order via our website.
Simply call us to place an order and pay over the phone, or follow our easy and simple website check out. Add your trailer to your cart, go through the check out process and then we'll give you a call to arrange delivery. After we arrange delivery, we send you all your paperwork and give you a way to electronically sign any legal documents.
Step 2 - We prepare your trailer for delivery.
We check all lights and connections, we check tires and wheels, and we check the axles. Then we hook it up to our delivery truck and head your way.
Step 3 - We deliver your trailer and hand you any physical paperwork if requested.
After we disconnect your trailer from our delivery truck, we're all set. It's super simple and hassle free, and keeps you safe. Your tags and title will arrive from the DMV after a few weeks.
*First 50 miles for delivery is free, additional charge of $1.95 per mile thereafter.
