Bought a 1900 dollar trailer had it financed the financing company charged me a few thousand to finance it which I understand but this trailer company charge me 5800 for the trailer and they said it was for the paperwork and the hitch adapter that’s not included what the financing company charge me now I’m going to pay 9000 for this trailer which the hitch adapter was over kill for the small car I was driving the thing weight like 30 pounds I wasn’t there to read the paperwork my wife did it they never explained any paperwork with my wife she thought she was getting a good deal

David and the team at the Thomasville NC Trailers branch were extremely easy to work with. They do not abide by the normal pressure sales tactics. The first questions asked are "Do you have an idea what you are looking for or are we starting from scratch?" They provided all options, but were not looking to upsell. It was evident that they are more concerned with getting customers what they want, for the use case they need, and the price they are comfortable with. It is less sales and more listening and responding.
Shancie made the financing very smooth, relaying all options but again not trying to upsell. If we said we didn't need it or had questions she was patient and understanding. Tammy on the registration took what we were saying and acted.
Even on the hookup to bring everything home, Christian made sure we understood the hows and whys behind how he suggested we hooked up. I've towed plenty, but he still made sure all questions and clarifications were answered. I wouldn't be surprised if he treated someone who has never towed before and someone who has towed for 50+ years the exact same.
Nothing about this experience was pressured, robotic, or frustrating. They made the process from initial inquiry to final signoff smooth and comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend NC Trailers to anyone in the market.
