What a great place to purchase a trailer!! Such a huge inventory and very competitive pricing. My sales representative was Zach and he really went over the top to satisfy what I wanted. Bought a Landscaping trailer from them 5 years ago. Great trailer! They service and have parts in stock! Went and seen Tyler for parts the other day and he's very knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend these guys to anyone! Dec 2024 Update: This is my second review. Lol. I some new HD axles installed on a trailer back in the spring and they are holding up GREAT! Thanks Tyler again for your sales work and Wes for an amazing flawless install! Great knowledgeable crew here!

This company was great! Zach showed us great options, and helped us pick the perfect trailer for our needs. Shawn explained all of the extra packages we could add to it, and finalized the contract. Tammy did a great job at making sure we had our title, tag,and registration taken care of. And, Ryan and Noah got us hooked up and ready to go. Because they have an on-site parts and service department they were able to install the needed brake controller the our truck wasn't equipped with. Wonderful place. Will definitely recommend!

I met Chris with NC Trailers at a festival in Pilot Mt a few months back! Chris along with Noah and Shanice helped me build my custom concession trailer. When we arrived to pick it up today Shawn had everything ready for us and Ryan walked us through our trailer and sent us on our way. We would highly recommend NC trailers, the entire process was so smooth.

I would greatly recommend NC trailer sales for a purchase of any type of trailer. First off the customer service is outstanding. Kevin made my selection easy by providing great details about their selection and the quality of the product. Shaun then went into great detail about warranties and the registration process. And last but not least Ryan explained all about the trailer before they sent me on my way. Well run business!!!!!

Had a great experience with purchasing a much needed trailer for home use and taking stuff back and forth to KY. Wound up getting a tandem axle trailer. Kevin was on the spot with suggestions to meet my needs and answers to my questions. Shawn made financing extremely simple, Tammy dealt with all the Dmv hassle and got my tags and registration in a flash. Ryan walked through hook up and did a complete safety check before I rolled off the lot. These people were great to work with and I will most definitely be hitting them up again for any future trailer needs.

By far the beat place to buy a Trailer. Great service by Kevin picking one out and then helping me through the process. Great quality trailer. Financing made easy by Shaun. I didn't know I was going to buy a unit when I got there.their offer was fair for my trade(surprisingly)and they worked on the otd price to get me were I wanted to be.Kevin personally removed my wheel chocks and they checked to make sure my towing setup was correct for this application...I bought a new tongue and ball at their evaluation...Kevin and the whole crew where great...

Josiah from Winston-Salem location provided excellent customer service.. him and Noah at the Thomasville location found exactly what we were looking for. Keven made sure we were getting what we needed. Shawn did an excellent job explaining warranty and didn’t mind at all with my million questions. Tammy was the sweetest and helpful going over all paperwork .. and Randy was great with the hook up on the add on’s😊 I would definitely recommend buying any trailer you need from them.
