3. Custom Food & Concession Trailers
When it comes to purchasing a food trailer, there are a lot of different ways you can build out your trailer depending on your needs. And it is important to know how you will use your food trailer! The way you plan on using your trailer will dictate your needs! Will you be cooking in the trailer or cooking somewhere else and the food trailer will be used for assembling and selling the food? Have you checked with the Health Department to see what they require? Making a purchase without knowing what the requirements from the Health Department are could needlessly make this process much more difficult and expensive. If you are planning on using restaurant equipment (grills, stovetop, deep fryers, etc.), have you shopped for them yet?
